Elisa joined xTuple in December 2018 as Project Manager, specifically to focus on successful implementations and driving positive change for our customers. She joined the team from a local ISO9001-certified job shop, one of the largest independently owned motor and pump shops in the U.S. There she worked as a Project Engineer and Strategic Initiatives Manager to ensure maintenance of high-quality standards. Elisa collaborated across the organization with engineers, project managers, purchasing agents and QA coordinators to revise processes and procedures to guarantee alignment to industry regulated specifications. Elisa earned a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Ohio State University. She earned a M.S. in Industrial Systems Engineering and her MBA from the University of Florida. Elisa is completing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
